Since we deal in customized and made-to-order products, our cancellation policy is structured to protect both our customers and our production process.
Please read carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation:
- ✅ Within 12 hours of placing the order
- ✅ Before design work has started
After 12 hours or once the design process has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
After Design Approval
Once you approve the final design:
- ❌ Orders cannot be cancelled
- ❌ No refunds will be issued
This is because production begins immediately after approval.
After Production Starts
If production has already started:
- Cancellation is strictly not allowed.
- No partial or full refund will be provided.
Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Bulk Orders
For bulk or corporate orders:
- Cancellation terms will be discussed and confirmed before order processing.
- Advance payments for bulk orders are non-refundable once production begins.
Refund Timeline (If Eligible)
If a cancellation is approved before production:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be made to the original payment method
