Customized Products
All our products are personalized and made specifically as per your design approval.
Because of this:
- ❌ We do not accept returns on customized or personalized items.
- ❌ We do not offer refunds once the design is approved and production has started.
We strongly recommend reviewing your design carefully before giving final approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will only offer a replacement in the following cases:
- Product received is physically damaged
- Incorrect product received (different from approved design)
- Printing error from our side
To be eligible:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and unboxing video
