Order Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order. Once your design is finalized and payment is confirmed:
- Production time: 3–5 business days
- Dispatch after production completion
For bulk or large quantity orders, production time may slightly vary. Our team will inform you in advance in such cases.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
7–9 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Location (metro / non-metro areas)
- Courier partner delays
- Public holidays or festive seasons
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout or informed at the time of order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
Important Notes
- Since we deal in customized products, order processing begins only after design approval.
- Delays caused due to late design approvals from customers will extend delivery timelines.
- We are not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.
